A device designed specially for aquariums and hydrcultural systems.
How it works:
The tester monitors and verifies the pH level of the water. If it is different than the level preset on the device, the led light switches on, and starts injecting the pH calibration liquid until the level goes back to normal.
Usage:
Connect the tester on the power supply using the adapter.
Connec the pH-electrode to the BNC connector on the bottom of the device.
Remove the cap of the electrode. If the tip (bottom 2.5 cm) of the electrode is dry, put it into rinsing/storage liquid.
Turn on the device using the ON/OFF button. Calibrate the device as follows: put the tip of the electrode into a pH 4.01 callibration liquid. Using the screwdriver, tune the device to 4.01. After that, clean the electrode and do the same with a 7.01 callibration liquid. You should do this once every month.
Set the desired basic value on the device. This can range from 5.5 to 9.5. The switcher should be set in the right position (either above or below the preset level).
A flashing red light sings if the measured pH value is higher or lower than the desired preset one.
Connect the silicone tube with the pump
Fix the framework on the wall vertically above the water tank, and connecct the pump to the monitor.

ATTENTION!
Never immerse probe in high concentration acid or alkaline (undiluted pH minus liquid)!
Never immerse probe in hot liquids, because this may damage the probe.
Air bubble in probe does not cause any problems, because holding the instrument during measurement will cause the bubble to rise up, and stay away from the sensor.
