General problems, solutions
make sure the batteries are inserted correctly (if it doesn't turn on)
if the instrument cannot be calibrated, the error can also be caused by an air bubble trapped between the probes, which can be removed by moving the probe ("knocking")
a common problem is that the Dutchman that clamps the probe is not tightened enough, thus the seal is not suitable and the instrument may get wet, which leads to loss of warranty
ATTENTION!
Never immerse probe in high concentration acid or alkaline (undiluted pH minus liquid)!
Never immerse probe in hot liquids, because this may damage the probe.
Air bubble in probe does not cause any problems, because holding the instrument during measurement will cause the bubble to rise up, and stay away from the sensor.
